BACKGROUND

Sudden Services (Pty) Limited is a wholly owned Botswana legal entity registered and incorporated under the Botswana Companies Act, 2003 (section 22cc).

It was established to carry out the business of fire protection in both domestic and industrial concerns and to carry out the business of electrical, plumbing and any related business, thereto. The business ranges from supply, installation, servicing, refurbishing of fire extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, fire alarms, automatic detection and suppression systems and protective clothing. We also carry out the business of repairs and services of construction equipments e.g concrete mixers, compactors, drive units, generators, water pumps, lawn mowers and a whole range of power tools. The company started operation from the date of incorporation and is operating from plot number 1612 Light industrial Francistown. This is where the administration and workshop is carried out.

COMPANY STRUCTURE AND COMPOSITION

The company is headed by the managing director who is a national of Botswana and well trained fire prevention and protection professional. He has eight years of experience in this field and has actually trained some fire fighters in some concern. The board comprises of three professionals who have extensive experience in this field gained regionally and internationally. Mr. Simon Ndlovu is the founder and the Managing Director of the company. He owns hundred percent of the share holding. He is actively involved in setting up strategies for the company and sees to it that they are implemented accordingly. He is a hand’s on man who leaves no stone unturned in executing an assignment given to him. His excellent communication skills have helped him to secure the contracts that he has so far locally and regionally.
